Talent Acquisition & Employee Development Manager
Strategy Development: Work with senior managers and executive sponsors to develop a campus recruiting strategy and a comprehensive development strategy that supports strategic organizational goals. Analyze recruiting data and people metrics to drive strategic recruiting recommendations Partner with senior management to design a “Fast Track” development program that will enhance knowledge, skills and performance of selected candidates and the organization. Establish a scorecard and adapt strategy to respond to trends in key metrics. Implement a strategy to strengthen Source Photonics brand and rotational program awareness in the external market. Manage recruiting budget and ensure strategic recruiting investments are made to attract top talent.

Recruiting Process Management: Manage the campus recruiting for interns and full time program hires at the undergraduate and graduate level Travel to schools and lead on-campus Spring/Fall recruiting. Lead and coordinate the end to end interview process including resume review, 1st round interviews, on-site interviews, and phone screens. Become the local expert on recruiting techniques, competitive intelligence, generational insight, and interviewing skills and regularly report this information to department heads. Develop interviewer training sessions to ensure consistency in approach both on campus and on-site interviews. Source quality candidates through a broad range of activities on campus and other channels. Facilitate offer and decision process in collaboration with hiring manager and business stakeholders. Collaborate with recruiting coordinators to on-board interns and Full-time hires. Manage referral process and ensure a consistent employee and candidate experience. Manage the final placement process for full time program members.

Employee Development Management: The position will design and administer the program, development assessment tools to determine individuals’ advancement, analyze results, and champion a continuous learning environment. Responsible for conducting research and recommending development opportunities to enhance the “Fast Track” development program.
Provides consulting services to senior managers in all aspects of training and analyzes training requests, make recommendations to the key stakeholders, and coordinate training activities with other departments and outside agencies. Coordinates opportunities for employees, work groups, departments to share information through learning forums or user groups. Assists the departments by facilitating career development, workforce planning, and succession planning by analyzing staff capabilities, projecting demands, identifying the gaps between the two, developing solutions, and measuring the success of the solutions.

Relationship Management: Ensure an outstanding partnership with target schools that attracts their top talent Develop effective relationships with key internal business stakeholders to motivate their participation in recruiting efforts and their alignment with the “Fast Track” development program. Develop an effective plan to build campus relationships with Professors, Career Centers, Internal Management and students at target schools.

Requirements:
7 years progressive business experience - Campus recruiting experience required. - Employee Development experience required - Bachelor’s degree required - Analytic thinking and ability to develop strategic recommendations from data and metrics - Engaging public speaking skills and creativity - Personality and presence that builds candidate trust and enthusiasm - Effective presentation development skills - Strong project management skills and ability to organize multiple initiatives -Ability to work collaboratively and to develop strong, positive internal and external relationships across a matrixes organization - Must have the ability to link recruiting & development strategy to business goals - Possess exceptional judgment skills and have demonstrated ability to make sound decisions - Must be creative in developing alternative solutions in a fast paced environment, taking all stakeholders into consideration Knowledge of recruiting tracking systems and internet searching techniques - Must be fluent in Chinese and English, written and spoken.

Director of Engineering
We are looking for a strong technical talent to lead our manufacturing engineering efforts. This is a very challenging and high visibility position since we are looking to create a revolution in our manufacturing cost structure.
The key responsibilities for this position include:
• Take accountability for all yield related loss and develop a phased plan to stabilize, improve, and revolutionize cost of yield. This includes driving both product design and process design improvements.
• Create the technical visions for and provide program management oversight to improve yield related manufacturing costs across all our manufacturing lines. Track and monitor the effectiveness of the programs and provide course corrections as needed.
• Tackle rework costs and rework flow time and make the rework process as quick and efficient as possible. Reduce labor costs associated with rework.
• Partner with RD teams to ensure best design and process practices incorporated into new products.
• Key player in the life cycle gate reviews as part of the NPI team: product design reviews (for DFM concerns), manufacturing process reviews
• Grow and develop engineering team including mentorship to existing managers and identification of star performers.
• Provide strong technical guidance and to engineering managers. Take responsibility for the technical response , quality of solutions proposed by manufacturing engineering team, and the implementation

Qualifications
1. M.S. in electrical engineering, optoelectronics, applied physics, or related field.
2. Minimum 10 years of work experience, 3 + years of experience in management role. Experience in active optical devices is required.
3. Mastery of optical transceiver knowledge from both product design and manufacturing process perspective. R&D background preferred.
4. Good understanding of transceiver testing systems. Knowledge of testing software will be a big plus.
5. Proven background in developing and implementing product and process improvements.
6. Require strong leadership and ability to work under pressure.
7. Good written and oral English communication skill required.

Senior Software Engineer/Manager
Position: Sr. Software Engineer/Manager
Location: Chengdu, China
Education: Bachelor of Science in relevant field
Travel: Domestic travel in China required, not frequently

Responsibilities:
• Work in a dynamic growing company in software development using VB.NET, SQL, and other platforms to design, program, implement and maintain new automatic test systems/infrastructure, data processing applications, related systems and utilities.
• Design and optimize automatic test systems.
• Analyze internal requirements, design the architecture of automatic test system.
• Work with product development engineers on data storage and access to SQL DB as well as analysis of engineering test data. Develop stored procedures and views as well as data GUI tools.
• Review, design, implement new company databases, data warehouses and multidimensional databases to support new software developments.
• Web-enable the applications when required.
• Refine and enforce systematic software validation, documentation and revision control.

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree or greater in computer science, electrical engineering or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum four years of experience with VB.NET and software architecture design.
• Knowledge of digital and RF test equipment.
• Expertise in communication protocols such as GPIB/IEEE-488, USB, LAN, etc.
• Experience in database design, SQL Enterprise, creating stored procedures & views.
• Strong analytical skills and a solid foundation in Microsoft products.
• Solid English written and verbal communication skills
• Requires flexibility to changing priorities with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines with a positive attitude.
